Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you provide when you send an enquiry through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we record your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), your message, the buyer interest you select, the page you enquired from, the campaign link details that brought you here (such as UTM tags) and the date and time. We also record anonymous counts when a visitor taps the agent’s phone number, email address or an enquiry button. Those counts are recorded only when a real click happens and contain no personal details.

How it is used and shared

Your enquiry is stored securely in the website owner’s private database and shared with Louis d’Espagnac and Kathy d’Espagnac at Coronis for sales enquiries about 10 Grace Court, Pelican Waters only. After storage, the website attempts to email a separate copy to each of them and a blind copy to the property owner, Karl Brown. Delivery is only recorded after the email provider confirms success; if delivery is unavailable, the owner can pass the enquiry on. Coronis handles your enquiry under its own privacy practices. Your details are not sold, published, or used for marketing mail-outs, and are not shared with anyone else without your consent, unless required by law.

Advertising measurement

Like most websites, this site uses Meta’s measurement tag (dataset 2182084742348495, held by the property owner) so the owner can see how many enquiries the advertising produced. Meta receives a page view when you visit, and — only when a sales enquiry has actually been stored and accepted for email delivery — a single, unnamed “Lead” signal. Advanced matching is switched off: your name, email address, phone number, message text, enquiry reference and the form’s hidden fields are never sent to Meta. Nothing is sent from a button click, a failed submission or a test record.

The site also uses Google Analytics (a Google service) to measure how visitors find and use the site: which pages are viewed, how visitors move between them, and taps on the agent’s phone number, email and enquiry buttons. Google may record technical details such as your approximate location, device and browser. Your name, email address, phone number and message text are never sent to Google, and a completed enquiry is reported only as an unnamed count. These measurements help the owner understand how the site and its advertising perform.

The website owner’s own records — the stored enquiry, the campaign link details and the anonymous counts of taps on the agent’s phone, email and enquiry buttons — are kept because they are needed to answer and manage your enquiry. They are not shared with Meta, and only the unnamed counts described above are shared with Google.

Storage and access

Enquiries are held in a private, access-controlled database. They are never publicly readable and are never shown anywhere on this website. Only the property owner, signed in with his own verified email address, can view stored enquiries. Louis d’Espagnac and Kathy d’Espagnac have no access to this database; they receive your enquiry details by email where delivery succeeds, or from the owner. No other account can be given access. Enquiries are retained for the duration of the sale campaign and a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record keeping.

Access, correction and removal

You can ask for a copy of your enquiry, have it corrected, or have it deleted by contacting the Coronis sales contacts at louis@coronis.com.au or 0431 898 940.
